Yes. Every Graceland Live concert ticket comes with free access to Elvis Presley's Memphis anytime after 3pm on the day of the show. To take advantage of the free access just present your concert ticket at the Graceland Ticket Office window. Elvis Presley’s Memphis is a 200,000-square-feet, state-of-the-art entertainment and exhibit complex that let's you experience the events, sights and sounds of the city that inspired Elvis on his path to becoming the World's Greatest Entertainer. It features 12 Elvis-themed attractions, including the Soundstage(one of the Graceland Live concert venues), and 2 full-service restaurants.

Most Graceland Live shows are all-ages to enter, 21 to drink. On occasion an event may have a specific age restriction.

You may move freely between the Soundstage and the Elvis Presley's Memphis plaza area during a concert. But if you exit the plaza area, you will not be readmitted.

No. The Graceland Live concession area and the Lightning Lounge bar are cashless. You must use a credit card to purchase food or drinks. However, concert merch can be purchased with cash.

Call 901-332-3322 and ask to be connected with Guest Services. They will make arrangements for you to claim your lost item if the item was found and returned to Graceland staff.

Any show postponement or cancellation will be publicized via our website and social media channels.

If a Graceland Live concert is postponed, rescheduled, or moved - your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. You may also contact the Graceland Live Box Office at 877.777.0606 to get the status of your event, and any options available. If you have tickets to a Graceland Live concert that has been postponed - and no rescheduled dates have been announced – you will have a 30-day window from when the new show date is announced to request a refund.

We do not have a coat check. However, lockers are available to rent.

Yes. Both Graceland Live venues have ATMs that will be accessible for the duration of every show.

No. The use of all tobacco and electronic cigarette devices is prohibited inside all Graceland Live shows. However, designated smoking areas outside the concert venues are available.

Yes, we can scan tickets right off your phone screen. Please be sure to have the tickets loaded on your screen before you enter the venue. If you have any issues, head to the box office for assistance.

Tickets purchased for Graceland Live events are non-refundable. If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, and you bought your tickets through Graceland Live, you will have 30 days from the date of the change announcement to request a refund.

You can pick up your tickets at the venue's box office anytime after 3pm on the day of your show.

If you electronically download your ticket, you may send it to whomever you choose and they can use it for entry. If the ticket is bought and placed in will-call for pick-up on the day of the show, an ID matching the authorized ticketholder's name will be required. By default, that is the name of the person who bought the ticket. If someone else is going to be picking up the ticket, you will need to call and adjust the name of the authorized ticketholder.

Children under age 2 do not require a ticket. However, for seated shows they will need to sit on your lap. Additionally, be advised that some shows may feature content unsuitable for young children. Parents should use their discretion to decide appropriateness of show content.

Yes, Graceland gift cards can be used to purchase tickets to a Graceland Live show. To use your gift card, you will need to purchase the tickets over the phone by calling 877-777-0606 or in-person at the Graceland Ticket office.

We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties. We can not guarantee their validity and we will not replace them if lost or stolen. In addition, we have no way to contact those who purchase through a 3rd party vendor and cannot be responsible for communicating updates on the show, such as postponement, cancelation or change in COVID protocol. This is the sole responsibility of the 3rd party ticket buyer and no refunds will be issued.

Yes. Vernon's Smokehouse is open to ticket holders before every Graceland Live show. There is also a full bar and a limited food menu available in the Graceland Soundstage's Lightning Lounge during most shows.

No food or drink purchased outside Elvis Presley's Memphis is allowed at Graceland Live shows.

Yes. We have a conveniently located, designated dropoff and pickup area for taxis, ubers and other ride sharing services.

Any item we deem detrimental to public safety, that could limit other guests enjoyment of the event or that could cause damage to the venue is prohibited. This includes weapons of any kind.

No. You may bring a mobile phone that includes a camera, but standalone cameras of any type are not allowed.

No bags (to include camera bags, backpacks, shopping bags, briefcases, luggage items) are allowed inside either venue. Any other carried items may be searched.

No. Lawn chairs, stools and any other type of temporary personal seating is prohibited at The Soundstage at Graceland during Graceland Live concerts.
